How to reset your password

Here are the steps to reset your LifeSpeak password:

🖥️ Step 1: Visit the Portal

Go to portal.lifespeak.com

👤 Step 2: Enter Your Username

Type in your username and click Next.

❓ Step 3: Select “Forgot password?”

Click the Forgot password? link on the login screen.

✉️📱 Step 4: Choose How to Receive Your Code

- Click Send to Email to receive a temporary access code via email.
- If your phone number is linked to your account, you can also choose Send to Phone.

🛑 Step 5: Don’t Close the Page

Stay on the password reset page while you wait for your code to arrive.

🔔 You’ll need to enter the code here once you receive it.

📬 Step 6: Check Your Email or Phone

You’ll receive a 6-digit temporary access code.

⏱️ Please allow a few minutes for the code to arrive.

🔢 Step 7: Enter the Code

Type the code into the box and click Continue.

🔒 Step 8: Set a New Password

Enter your new password and click Save new password.

✅ Step 9: Confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirming your password has been updated.
Click Home to return to the login screen and sign in with your new password.
