How to invite Friends and Family to LifeSpeak

Invite others to join LifeSpeak with you and stay healthy together. Whether a spouse, friend, family member or neighbor!

Instructions for the LifeSpeak Web Portal

  1. Log in to your LifeSpeak account via the web portal.

  2. Hover over your name to make the dropdown menu appear. Select Profile.

  3. Select the Sub-accounts tab and then click the Send Invite button.

  4. Enter the first name, last name, and email address of the person you’d like to invite. Confirm they are at least 14 years of age. Select the Send Invite button.

  5. Your invitee will receive a Welcome Email with their username and temporary password.
    Welcome Emails may reroute to the Spam or Junk Folder.

Instructions for the LifeSpeak App

  1. Log in to your LifeSpeak profile via the LifeSpeak app.

  2. Select the Profile icon in the upper right corner (next to the search icon).
  3. Select Profile & Preferences.
  4. Select Invite Family and Friends.

  5. Enter the first name, last name, and email address of the person you’d like to invite. Confirm they are at least 14 years of age. Select the Send Invite button.

  6. Your invitee will receive a Welcome Email with their username and temporary password.
    Welcome Emails may reroute to the Spam or Junk Folder.

Important Notes:

  • Do not remove and re-add a profile. This will not resend the Welcome Email.

  • If an invitee has not received their Welcome Email please contact our Support Team.
  • Members you invite must be at least 14 years old.
