What is Active & Fit Direct™ ?
Active & Fit Direct™ is a flexible, affordable fitness program that helps eligible members access gyms, exercise studios, workout resources, and well-being support.
Depending on your sponsor’s offerings, benefits may include:
- Access to 12,900+ standard gyms
- Access to 10,600+ premium exercise studios, typically at discounted rates
- Thousands of on-demand workout videos
- One-on-one well-being coaching for fitness, nutrition, stress, sleep, and GLP-1-assisted weight loss
- Activity tracking through compatible fitness apps, devices, and equipment
- Discounts on selected health and fitness brands
Available gyms, studios, marketplace discounts, and program costs may vary by location and sponsoring organization.
How do I know if I have access?
If your sponsoring organization offers Active & Fit Direct™, a link to the program will appear in your LifeSpeak profile.
If you do not see Active & Fit Direct™ in your profile, your organization may not offer it, or you may not meet the eligibility requirements. Access cannot be added directly through LifeSpeak.
Where can I find Active & Fit Direct™ in LifeSpeak?
- Sign in to your LifeSpeak profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of your Explore page and you will see an Active & Fit banner.
- Select Learn More.
- You will be redirected to Active & Fit Direct™ where you can learn more about the benefit.
Tip: Your Active & Fit Direct™ link is unique to your sponsoring organization. Use the link provided in your LifeSpeak profile rather than searching for a public website or entering a link manually.
What happens after I open Active & Fit Direct™?
You can review participating gyms and studios, create your Active & Fit Direct™ account, and select a membership. Once enrolled, you can manage memberships, access your fitness card, and view available resources from your Active & Fit Direct™ dashboard.
Current program fees, enrollment requirements, participating locations, and available features are shown during enrollment and may vary by selection.
